When it was time to replace our gas boiler we obtained competitive quotes, but decided to place the job with Able due to previous good experiences with the company. The installation went smoothly, our engineer was friendly and professional, he worked hard, and was respectful of our property. Everyone we've had dealings with since starting to use Able, from office staff to engineers, has been great. I don't hesitate to recommend them.

Thank you to Matt at able plumbing saved me when I had no hot water in the house. Really polite friendly company and priced very well. Since then I have got able back to fit my new sink and fit a radiator for me. Will definitely be getting them in for the bathroom

We have had Able replace our entire heating system boiler and radiators, was very nervous how this was going to be done whilst still in the property but could delay no longer. Able reassured me that they could do this. So they sent me Jamie and Ollie two of the nicest young men, they were polite and caring, taking time to explain what they would do each day. It was not an easy job for them but they were solution focused. They ensured that they left us with heating on before they left even though it meant staying late some days. They are a great company that give a great quality service would highly recommend to anyone.

Alec sub contractor fitted our boiler - not registered at all - disappointing warranty in valid now. Do not use this company as they will not provide details of installer to fix issues

We have worked alongside Able Plumbing and Heating for years. They delivery a prompt service with integrity. Additionally, it is always advantageous that our trade specialist collaborations understand our requirements and expectations in order to deliver consistent workmanship and service.

We have used Able Plumbing and Heating for years, from refurbishing our ensuite around 6 years ago to continuous annual services of our gas boiler central heating. Service has continued to be excellent and we've been very pleased with Matt and his team. We have now had to replace our 25 year old gas boiler, as it has reached the 'condemned' stage of its life, but Able Plumbing suggested the Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 with Hive control system as an excellent replacement. That is now up and running, and despite a couple of minor hiccups, the new system is working well. Additionally, the team installed a couple of new radiators, including changing one to a new heated towel rail in the bathroom. Again, an excellent job. Thanks to all the team and best wishes to everyone at Xmas and for 2025.

This is now my 2nd time using Able, they are a great and efficient team. I had sent in an enquiry yesterday morning after not being able to get my heating to come on. It is rare to be ABLE to give positive feedback but with Able Plumbing Solutions it is a pleasure. From start to finish their communication is perfect and everything flows from there. Service booked, reminder, then call from engineer on the day to confirm time of arrival. Engineer (Jaime) friendly, approachable but professional. Service of gas boiler thorough, efficient, explained why some parts needed replacing (one only just in time) then talked through test results and explained what it meant. Helpful, tidy, and efficient. I've used Able Plumbing for a few years. Most recently was for a boiler service which they had to replace a part for all done within the allocated time slot. They also fitted a new kitchen tap at the same time.

We have been using Able Plumbing for a while now after they installed an unvented water and heating system for us. I don’t have any complaints about the work or the plumbers who do they work.

We have had several jobs completed by Able and we have always been very happy with the work. We have used Able to replace our hot water cyclinder, fit 2 bathrooms, and do significant works to improve our hot water system. They are highly professional, good at communicating, and very thorough. We live in an old house so the plumbing is not straight forward but they have always worked tirelessly to ensure they find the best solution. I would recommend Able without hesitation and we will continue to use them in the future

Excellent service from Able and their two technicians. A bathroom refurbishment thew up a number of problems, which they managed to overcome perfectly, with skill and determination. Very impressive.

I had a nightmare experience with another plumber who absolutely screwed up the installation of my underfloor heating. Able sent out John who has a heat geek qualification and really knows his stuff. They were able to not only able to get the floor generating a decent amount of heat but added the missing return flow to the boiler which had been overlooked by the other company. Can't rate them highly enough!

I’m very impressed. The service carried out by Able Plumbing Solutions was very professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Had a new boiler fitted on Thur & Fri this week, two main engineers that did the fitting were Darren and Ollie - both worked their socks off! Relentlessly grafted both days inside and outdoors (even in minus temperatures!) both extremely lovely guys, and very informative.. just proper top tier employees.! Another two lads came although didn't really speak with them, but that's because they also worked outdoors in the freezing cold! Have had a few interactions with Able now, both the engineers and office staff are all faultless - would recommend time and time again!!

We had Able (John) come to do a service on our boiler and underfloor heating. We also had a problem that had just occurred the day before. John saw no problem in this, took his time, explained everything for me so I could understand and had a really nice calm manner. His knowledge was exceptional and I felt like I could trust him 100%.
