It was good to welcome Ben into our home this morning to carry out the annual servicing of our Gas Boiler and fire. Ben was courteous and very careful, covered the working areas effectively, and always covered his shoes inside our home. A methodical worker, though spent a fair amount of time collecting tools from his van due to not yet having the needed tools in his work bag. He seemed to be running late and had to phone the next customer to apologise that he had been delayed with these servicing jobs in our house. Perhaps the time allocated to service these 2 appliances in one morning was slightly optimistic. He explained that this week was his solo week with Able Heating Solutions. However, I believe our gas boiler and fire have been given a very thorough service. Our thanks to Ben.

Excellent customer service. We had a very helpful and knowledgable engineer who came to service our boiler. When one of the Magna filter valves started leaking, he had to shut down the boiler leaving us with no hot water. However, it was now nearly 5pm, so, realising the gravity of the situation, he managed to source us a new valve set, from a local plumber’s merchant and returned the following day at 8am to fit them. We were all up and running again by 9am. Great job

Ben was a very friendly and helpful technician. He was initially a little later than expected, but he was polite, courteous, and apologetic for his delayed, which we understand can happen when you don’t know what you’ll encounter on the day. Like his prior jobs, Ben unfortunately encountered an issue during our boiler service, but he explained the problem clearly, explained what the next steps would be, phoned SGN who arrived in the timeframe indicated, and he returned the next morning to verify the adjustments and complete the service. Able have always been consistently reliable and this occasion with Ben was no exception. I have no reason to look elsewhere for our annual boiler servicing.
Used Able a few times recently and very impressed with their service and the professionalism of their engineers. Appointments are always kept along with arrival times. The engineers are very friendly and are always keen to do a good job. They had to return recently to fix another problem to our boiler which we had serviced by them and they didn’t charge for the visit which I thought was very fair. Absolutely brilliant service. I telephoned yesterday and this morning the problem was solved and sorted by Ben. Ben knew exactly what the problem with our central heating was immediately and set about replacing the motorised valve straight away. Our new heating system stopped working and after a call to Able Plumbing, Louise arranged a same day visit from Ben. Ben checked the new boiler and system and found a valve had stopped working, needing replacement. Thankfully, Ben had a new valve in his van and was able to sort the problem out quickly.
